The customer declares having taken knowledge, when placing the order on the website Organican.ch, of the present CGV and expressly declares to accept them without reserve. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the customer certifies that he is 18 years old.

The prices mentioned on our website and in store are indicated in Swiss francs, VAT and tobacco tax included, if any
PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY
Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or deadline non-compliance by our own suppliers, and to the extent that such unavailability is not attributable to Organican. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible
PAYMENT TERMS
We provides three secure payment options for our customers:
Post Finance: we accept PostCard and payments via e-banking. In the latter case, you will need to enter the name of the company “Organican Sarl” and the IBAN number received in the validation email of your order.
MasterCard or Visa: We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. The validation of the payment can take between 24-48h.
Bank or postal transfer: (only accepted for registered resellers): this refers to all payments made directly. To do so, you will need to indicate on your payment slip, the name of the company "Organican Sàrl", as well as the banking information received in the validation email of your order.
Organican Sàrl reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order and / or delivery of customer, regardless the nature and level of execution, with which there is a dispute over the payment of previous order or that would present to him any form of risk.
In case of payment refused, the customer will be notified. Once the payment is validated, the order cannot be canceled.

RETURN OR REFUNDS
Organican does not take title to returned items. At our discretion, an exchange of goods may be issued under very specific circumstances which always require the written agreement of Organican.
In that case, the customer will receive number and address for the return.
The product must be returned in the original and not open packaging, complete with all accessories and enclosing the purchase receipt. The return of the goods is at the expense and risk of the customer
Regarding referrals not agreed, Organican is entitled to demand compensation from the client
Items returned without the original packaging, incomplete, with missing accessories or at incorrect address will be returned to the customer. In this case, Organican charges an indemnity to the client for the additional treatment.

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY NOTICE
Organican guarantees to its customers a strictly confidential management of the information entered in its files and in compliance with the Federal Law on Data Protection (LPD). Organican's customer data is only used for registration and order processing purposes and for optimal customer account management. No customer data is communicated by Organican to companies and third-party companies. The data collected is limited to the following information:
Name and surname, date of birth, sex, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, payment terms, products ordered or purchased in store, turnover per customer (loyalty).
RESPONSABILITIES
Organican cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial or physical, that could result from improper use of the products commercialized by Organican.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS AMENDMENT
Organican reserves the right to modify unilaterally and at any time terms and general conditions. However, the terms and conditions applicable to the customer at the time of purchase and / or order will be decisive for the customer.
APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and general conditions are governed by Swiss Law which applies to all business relations with Organican. The exclusive jurisdiction for all proceedings remain in Geneva, Canton of Geneva, Switzerland.
